AAA Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs Tryouts

• Permission to Skate Info
  • All Stoney Creek residents wanting to try out for a Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs AAA hockey team require a "Permission to Skate" form from Stoney Creek Minor Hockey Association.
  • The contact person for AAA Permission to Skate forms is Gary Willis (SCMHA Registration Director) and can be requested via SCMHA's online registration system (available soon) or by email to gary.willis@ivara.com.
  • Forms from SCMHA are only available to residents of Stoney Creek. Proof of residency must be provided before the form will be given out. So please bring it with you.
  • Forms will be available to be picked up on April 12: 11:30am – 12:30pm at Valley Park Arena.
  • If you are unable to pick up the form at this time, call Gary Willis at 905 573 2946 to arrange a time when you can pick them up.
  • SCMHA is only authorized to issue Permission to Skate forms for the Hamilton JR Bulldogs, we do not issue them for any other AAA centre.
  • SCMHA does not issue F1 waivers.
  • Please note that no one from SCMHA will be present at the Bulldog tryouts to sign permission to skate forms. You must have the form beforehand or you will not be allowed on the ice.
